HolySmoky appreciates your business and trust. All legal disputes related to card processing are handled under UK Law. By ordering in our website you take full responsibility about your local vape product law.

To order our products or use our website, you must be 18 years of age or older. By entering our website, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older. If, during the delivery process, our courier determines that the recipient of the product is under 18 years of age, we will not provide a refund, as this would constitute a serious violation of our store policies.

2. PRODUCT & E-COMMERCE STORE TERMS & CONDITIONS

SECTION 1 – SHIPPING, TRACKING & MISSING PACKAGE POLICY

All shipments that are returned because you haven’t picked them up are refunded but we keep fine for return costs 5 euros.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCT WARRANTY, RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We want nothing more than for our customers to feel they receive quality products and high-quality service. After the receipt of your order, we offer a 14-day return policy on any DOA (dead on arrival) or unused items, factory sealed in the manufacturer’s original packaging.Please inspect and test all products upon receipt.Any manufacturer defects will be solved by our 90-day warranty.

Unfortunately, consumables are always a final sale (e-juice, coils, tanks, accessories, drip tips, replacement parts, rebuildable supplies, etc). Our 30-day warranty begins the day the items are delivered. The customer assumes all costs in shipping items back to Vapesale24, and Vapesale24 assumes all costs in shipping the item back to the customer. The shipping cost incurred is non-refundable/creditable.

8. PRODUCTS AND DELIVERY LOCATION

HolySmoky doesn’t keep products that are on the website in its own warehouse. We are dropshipping website and all ordered products are shipped from the warehouse directly under our name. We don’t own products that are listed on the website and don’t receive them before clients. Also, we don’t have a retail store or address where you can buy, or receive vape products. All orders go to the warehouse(drop shipping) directly where they are processed and sent out to customers.
